Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Music in Chappaqua will retain a $300 cancelation fee until October 1, 2009.  After October 1, 2009, tuition and fees are non-refundable.

Makeup Policy

Makeup Policy

Only ONE make-up lesson is offered per session.

The office must be notified by 9 AM the morning of the scheduled lesson to qualify for a make-up lesson. The make-up lesson must be completed within the session.

A scheduled make-up lesson cannot be rescheduled.

Lessons cancelled by the teacher or Music in Chappaqua will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
