Danielle Carr is a singer-songwriter, producer, and pianist based in NYC. With her degree in music technology from Manhattanville College, she has sought out opportunities to not only showcase her skills, but to highlight and strengthen the skills of others. Danielle enjoys teaching classes to infants and toddlers through students in the 8th grade. Her teaching background comprises both group classes and private lessons in both public and private schools. If ever you’d like to hear her perform you can regularly catch Danielle at a show or a new musical project.

Matt has been teaching private music lessons for over 10 years, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique, empathetic teaching approach to every student.​ Attending Berklee College of Music, Matt has not only honed technical skills but also developed an understanding of the pedagogical needs of diverse learners, including those with special needs. Matt’s teaching philosophy centers on harnessing each student’s curiosity, making the learning experience both fun and effective. With a calm persistence, Matt works through setbacks with students, ensuring they understand that their goals are attainable and progress is within reach.

In addition to private lessons, Matt has led music therapy groups and performed extensively, both as a solo artist and with numerous local bands. Matt’s expertise spans a variety of genres including jazz, rock, pop, blues, funk, and country. By encouraging improvisation and exploration, alongside a solid foundation of rudimental and technical understanding, Matt creates a balanced and engaging learning environment. Passionate about teaching students of all ages and abilities, Matt is excited to be part of the Chappaqua community and to help make music a wonderful part of your children’s lives

As an accompanist and a piano instructor, Ching-Chia works with musicians and students of all ages, playing and teaching various styles of music. Ching-Chia teaches students following their aptitude and interests, and has built strong relationships with her students and their families during the past eight years of teaching. She also enjoys exploring new music and is now pursuing her doctoral degree at the Manhattan School of Music.

Adrienne has been teaching piano and performing as a professional musician for more than 14 years and has performed with her trio at festivals, jazz clubs, cruise ships and hotels around the world. Adrienne also loves teaching students of all ages the art of improvising in the styles of jazz and blues from beginner to advanced levels.

With over 10 years of teaching experience in the New York Public School system, Krystle possesses a genuine passion for both general education and music. She has a particular love for working with young children and cultivating in them a love for learning, especially the musical arts. From a very young age, Krystle was trained in classical piano and thus has firsthand experience in what it takes to build not only a love for but solid skills on the piano as well as other instruments. Krystle has worked both one-on-one and in large group sessions with students of a variety of ages and is a strong proponent of music’s positive effect on a variety of avenues in life.

While he maintains his passion as a percussionist, he is also a dedicated teacher of beginning flute, clarinet, trumpet, and piano. Chris brings with him over 20 years of experience as a performer in a wide range of settings. His depth of knowledge covers all styles including jazz, pop, blues, funk, country and classical. His teaching approach encourages discovery of melody, harmony, rhythm through improvisation and exploration, alongside a solid foundation of rudimental and technical understanding. Chris is especially enjoys teaching young beginners on flute, clarinet, trumpet and piano, while covering all levels and genres on drum set and percussion. He is extremely excited to be a part of the Chappaqua community and to help make music a wonderful part of your children’s lives!!
